NYC Real Estate is an often talked about subject. However, the small landlord is often overlooked. This site aims to change that. This site will examine and discuss all aspects of the small landlord whether it be a one bedroom apartment to a four unit brownstone. The goal is to be a resource to this segment of the market and also to provoke discussion. I manage a three unit building that my family owns. Managing has been completely trial by fire. I want this site to be a resource to the landlord of small properties in New York City.
