LL News: Small Landlords setting rent

Because most landlords have day jobs, having a low maintenance makes you take a lower rent. However, the guy in Clinton Hill might have been too far under market. I don't think tenants will respect you as much if you charge way below market.

There are now easy ways to figure out your rent by just using the internet or Facebook. I have found there is a whole submarket of younger people renting rooms.

NYC Zoning Website

Hi, I had received an appraisal from a broker and it said I could add on space to the three family rental I manage. I was surprised. Then, I started looking around the NYC sites and found this cool zoning website. I will add it to the links.
