Hi, I actually sent them an email and the person over there responded in a day. Essentially, they were willing to do all the dirty work for you in terms of calling up Build It Green and scheduling a pick up. Don't know if that is worth $20 bucks but if you don't want to be bothered, maybe not a bad choice. Now, I don't know if they will coordinate everything and be there for an appointment.
