It is funny, sometimes I think I am crazy to have created this blog. But, I just saw a cheap property in an area of Brooklyn that I don’t think I would want to visit at night. But, the deal looks compelling enough that I have to investigate. So, started thinking about it: what would I do if there were repairs? So, then thought about a management company but are there management companies for 1-4 unit properties? If so, can anyone recommend one? Would be hard to see how it would be worth it for a company to cater to this niche.
